    You can always can contact the closing company, then they will contact the county courthouse and ask for a copy of your deed.

    Yes of course.   It doesn't matter where you purchased it as long as you can prove that you are the rightful owner of the property.

  4. Do I have to continue paying the taxes and/or the maintenance fees on my property before the sale is completed?

    Yes, taxes and maintenance fees must be current in order to finalize the sale.

    No, In order to sell your property you have to pay the entire debt  before the sale can be completed.
