We were over the moon when Raquela Chessmond, CEO and Founder of Étymologie approached us. Not only are Étymologie’s products incredibly effective, but they are also locally made with conscientious ingredients and shipped in sustainable packaging. The
Results.

A compelling 30-page Communication Guide with recommendations on how to express the brand internally and externally when addressing customers, partners, and the general audience. The guidelines provided Étymologie with a base for designing, writing, and producing effective brand messaging and ensure consistency across channels. The final deliverable covered all the basics such as vision, mission, and boilerplates, and dove all the way into product descriptions, beauty routine, and ingredients library.
